Location Optimization of Emergency Station for Dangerous Goods Accidents Considering Risk

Emergency station is very important for emergency rescue work in hazardous chemical accidents. In order to ensure the efficiency of work, setting characteristics and objectives should be comprehensively considered. A bi-level programming model location accidents established this paper. The optimization include minimum risk location, construction operation cost, weighted path distance, highest coverage level. Based on NSGA-II algorithm, solving technology designed applied case analysis. obtained results showed that continuously improving with increase number stations.
